Account Executive

LakeFusion is redefining Master Data Management for the AI era, built natively on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. We help enterprises unify and govern data across clouds without duplication.

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close working with Databricks field teams, GSIs, and enterprise customers to drive adoption of LakeFusion’s zero-copy MDM platform.

• Manage full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close.Partner with Databricks and cloud marketplace teams on co-sell opportunities.Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, accurately forecast, and exceed quota.Lead value-based conversations with data and IT executives.Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure customer value realization and expansion.

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or data-platform sales with consistent quota attainment.
• Experience in data, analytics, or MDM ecosystems; Databricks/AWS/Azure familiarity a plus.
• Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven success driving complex six-figure+ deals end-to-end.
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
