About the Role

LakeFusion is seeking a Product Manager to join our leadership team and shape the future of our AI-powered Master Data Management (MDM) platform. In this role, you will own and champion the product roadmap, ensuring its alignment with Frisco Analytics’ company strategy, strategic partnerships, and the evolving needs of enterprise data teams.You will lead and mentor a high-performing India-based product team, establishing and refining best-in-class product development processes from ideation through launch and iteration. Working closely with engineering, design, and data science, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle and guide LakeFusion’s transformation into a cutting-edge, AI-powered self-service platform for real-time operational MDM and universal data quality.This role also requires a strong focus on customer and market insight, engaging deeply with enterprise users to uncover unmet needs and inform product direction. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to translate business and user requirements into impactful product solutions, while also partnering on go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate LakeFusion’s unique value proposition.As a Product Manager at LakeFusion, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every release moves us closer to our mission of helping enterprises trust, govern, and maximize the value of their data.

What you’ll do
  • Own and Champion the Product Roadmap: Define, strategize, and evangelize the LakeFusion product roadmap, ensuring its direct alignment with Frisco Analytics’ overarching company strategy, key partnership initiatives, and the evolving needs of enterprise data teams.
  • Lead and Mature Product Teams: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing India-based product team, establishing and refining best-in-class product development processes from ideation and discovery through launch, iteration, and end-of-life.
  • Drive Enterprise Product Strategy: Spearhead the end-to-end product lifecycle for LakeFusion, focusing on its transformation into a cutting-edge, AI-powered self-service platform for real-time operational Master Data Management (MDM) and universal data quality.
  • Deep Customer and Market Insight: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and engage deeply with customers to uncover unmet needs, define robust product requirements, and inform strategic decisions, particularly for complex data products.
  • Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate intensely with engineering, data science, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product specifications and ensure successful, impactful product delivery and adoption.
  • Strategic Go-to-Market: Partner closely with marketing and sales to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate LakeFusion's unique value proposition to the enterprise market.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a substantial portion of that time in a leadership role, successfully building, mentoring, and leading enterprise product teams.
  • Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling highly successful enterprise data products or data platforms in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Extensive experience building and maturing product organizations, including establishing product processes, methodologies, and frameworks that drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and a passion for creating intuitive, powerful user experiences for solving complex data challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to align product roadmaps with overarching organizational strategy and identify opportunities for strategic technology and go-to-market partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, or enterprise data quality concepts is strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have
  • Previous experience as a product lead or head of product at a startup, navigating rapid growth and market disruption.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Search, or advanced machine learning concepts, especially in the context of data management or data quality.
  • Experience with the Databricks Lakehouse Platform (e.g., Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, MLflow) or similar modern data stack technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their advanced data and AI/ML services.
